What If Our Mercenaries Turn on Us?

Above is a link to an article in the Philadelphia Inquirer that raises alarming questions about the use of paramilitaries.  We saw how they were used in New Orleans after Katrina.  White people were “looking for food” and left unharmed.  Black people were “looting” and shot. 

Though our Congressional representatives have no ability to control these paramilitaries directly, our tax money, billions of it, pays them.  Congress can shut them down by refusing to fund.
